As an aussie living in Germany, I have been lucky enough to watch for free on live to air TV, Danny Geale achieve Australian boxing history twice now. Unbelievable stuff. Great work rate, fantastic pivot for the right cross. Cool under pressure. Absolutely loved watching him make Felix Sturm , well known for his clean hits, miss in the middle rounds. Great stuff Danny and your only getting better.

An absolute champ: that Sturm was no easybeat, by a long chalk. What a technician – no, what an ‘artist’!

Congratulations Daniel Geale for the win you achieved last night.Everyone where I watched the fight believes you won every round, old mate was that knocked around from those combinations you were landing he thought he had won.The only disapointment i see is the fact we should have had a nation not wanting either fighter be defeited a fight that would hurt to watch two great men fighting for victory,Im not sure if that was how it was viewed. You are an inspiration for all Australians young or old,you have shown dedication, spirit, endurance and technique to achieve a gracious victory.Im sure many young boxers would aspire to reach the heights you have.Keep up the good work champ.(from a few Queenslanders backing you all the way)
