It was really good to put myself out there get up in front of a lot of the bussiness men and woman of the Macarthur area and share my story.

This little champion, my little mate Jesse Linden, came out to give me a few tips on my swing. He is super talented and is heading to the United States soon for some kids golf competitions. 5 months ago by danielgealeofficial Just finished a training session. It's been tough to get the motivation to throw punches since the fight and I've been mostly running and doing weights as my training but today I done a decent punching session and it felt good still. I definitely needed a little rest as the last few years have been crazy, I've fought some of the best fighters in the world and there has been plenty of ups and downs which is the sport I'm in and love. But I'll keep training and we'll see what happens next! Hope you all had a good weekend.
